" I have been a patient of this Dental office for over 8 months. El Portal Dental Group has by far the best customer service in Merced and surrounding areas. Whenever I call to make an appointment they always answer my call promptly and very politely. I needed an office where they really cared about me, in addition to providing excellent dental services, a clean office and clear practices and procedures. At my first visit, I recommended my husband to make an appointment and went for a consultation and needed follow up visits to take care of his matter. All the staff was always very professional, polite and always portraying the highest customer service standards. I always wanted to find a dental office where I felt comfortable and where I was treated like family. I found El Portal and I am 100% satisfied. "A colleague of the hospital in town referred me to our miracle dentist who was the perfect answer to my dental dilemma. We were impressed with the hospitality and highly accommodating attitude of the staff and of course the amazing doctor. No matter how busy the office is, they ensure giving the time needed to see their patients. They ensure that when the patients leave the office, they will wear their captivating smile. "I had fractured a molar months back and didn't have a regular dentist so I searched and found El Portal Dental Group in the yellow pages and also looked on this web site for more information on your group. The same day I called you were able to take me in and looked at my tooth and you let me know what had to be done. I needed a root canal and the fracture fixed and my tooth capped. You were able to get me in 2 days later for the root canal and that same day you gave me a temporary cap until my permanent one was made. Even though it took you 3 trys to get my permanent cap right I did't mind the return visits because of the politeness of all the staff and Dr. Nguyen. I have never meet a dentist who had such care for his patients. Just last week I had a thorough teeth cleaning by your hygenist and she showed as much care as Dr. Nguyen. I have not only found a dentist for myself by am reffering all my friends and family who are looking for one."
